$400 deposit required to confirm reservation.
Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations up to 30 days of arrival date will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Up to 30 days, no refund will be given. Some owners may refund if re-rented. If re-rented, payment will be refunded, less a $150 cancellation fee. Terms are guidelines and may vary depending upon property requirements.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. At times, this is included in the cost of the rental. Please inquire.
